Born and raised in Nebraska, I moved to Phoenix when I was 20 years old. While pursuing a career as a firefighter, I worked in a sports medicine clinic assisting the chiropractors and physical therapist. I realized then that I really enjoyed working with patients and helping them move and feel better.

I moved my family to Charlotte in 2013 to become a Charlotte Firefighter. I injured my back in 2014 and ended up needing surgery. Before and after surgery, I was treated by a local sports medicine clinic. Once completely healed, I was fortunate enough to get a second job in the clinic and continue helping patients move and feel better. It was there that I was told about Fascial Stretch Therapy and decided to explore it.
 
I earned my certification as an FST Provider in July 2017 and immediately began seeing clients. In December I decided I could better serve my clients and provide for my family as the Owner and Operator of Queen City Stretch. It has been so exciting to help people get back to a pain-free life and doing the things they love.

I have been married to an amazing woman, Denielle, since 2002 and we became parents in December 2017 when we adopted Makayla. We love to go hiking with our daughter, check out local events, and train with our friends at our local CrossFit gym.

I am extremely thankful to be able to help people, both as a Charlotte Firefighter and as an FST Provider. I look forward to meeting you and helping the greater Charlotte area through the benefits of FST!
